I have this OCD niche, where I feel it nessicary to read the comics every morning. I rarely find them funny, and am often disappointed but my day is not complete unless I do. Sometimes I might chuckle slightly at one, but most of the time I am just overwhelmed with shock and embarrassment for the people who write them. Some comics that I feel should be discontinued due to their lameness are as follow;
For better or for worse- it's supposed to be a comic, not a Canadian soap opera. I don’t want to open my paper in the morning and see a naïve pre teen girl complaining about her zits. I also would prefer to be left out of the old age tribulations of fictional characters.
Zits- I really don’t think there is anything worse than a middle-aged person's observations of the stereotypical teenage male and tired technology jokes. If I had a kid that incoherent I would slap him.
Sherman's Lagoon-Im confused…are they fish or not?
Garfield-Despite it's disturbingly large cult following Garfield stopped being funny long ago.
Cathy-all this comic entails is some insecure middle aged woman complaining about how she can't loose weight.
The Family Circus- One of those happy-go-lucky "kids say the darndest things" strips. Extremely irritating, yet boggles the mind.

So basically im not sure why I read them considering most of them just really piss me off. Monty isn't bad though…

I really need something to write about besides my pathetic rituals.
